Sam Hodges Groomsman Sam Hodges Nickname: "Master Yoda" Age:30 Weight:178 Height:6'2" College: Howard University I have known Sam since he moved back to Raleigh from Maryland, a couple of years ago. We developed a friendship though basketball and ministry. Personal note: Sam our friendship has grown over the past year or two. I can't think of any other person who has been more instrumental in my spiritual grownth then you have. You have been my mentor, prayer/accountablity partner, and true friend. When I think of our friendship I'm reminded of the verses in 2 Timothy 1:13-14 " What you have heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus. Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you, guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us." You have been a example to me of how a Father, Husband, Friend, & Man of God should look. 2 Timothy 3:14 "Continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of because You know those from whom you have learned." I will continue to ask for your guidance and friendship as I open this new chapter of my life. You are a good friend, mentor, & a true "Man of God". May God bless you and your family. | |||||||
