Our Story

Erika says:
I first met Mike in a sophomore spanish class at Lincoln-Way.  He would tease me all of the time...normal banter like that of the third grade boy who likes the third grade girl so he picks on her.  Since I am a perfect angel all of the time, I thought this was absurd he picked on me like he did.  But I gave it right back! By senior year, we would really flirt, and still continue the banter, but we never dated...

Lincoln-Way High School Class of 1991 Reunion.  I knew that night I was going to marry him, and here we are!  I feel so inspired, happy, and in love with him (and my dog loves him too!)

Mike says:
If you've read Erika's story you already know how we met and became a couple. If you haven't read it go back and do so- she is much more creative than I am, and therefore much more interesting. All I can say is I love her very much, and I am looking forward to spending my life with her.
 P.S. she deserved every last taunt and tease.:)
